The best way to get help with Pathways is via our Knowledge Base, a library of useful Pathways tips, hints, processes and recommended practice, and our helpdesk itself.
At the bottom left of every screen in Pathways is a Help widget that that provides access to search the knowledgebase directly, or submit a support request to our helpdesk. When you click this widget it provides a search mechanism that will search all our helpdesk articles, and if you can't find something it has a Contact button to allow you to submit a question directly to us without leaving Pathways.
