Start Date

Placement Start Date falls within the date range specified in the Pathways Reporting screen.

Placement Status
  • Arranged, In Progress, Incomplete, Complete,
  • Cancelled (specific reasons only).

Placement Mode
  • Structured Work Placement, Work Placement

Cancel Reason
  • If the placement is cancelled, we only count those placements that are within one of the defined Cancellation Reason values.

  • Cancelled by Host, Cancelled by School, Cancelled by Student

Placement Tag
  • ”Reporting - BEC”

Reporting Group

Results are by ReportingGroupName from the Placement. Placements without a Reporting Group Value are summarised against “No Reporting Group”

SchoolID

There must be a School linked to the Placement

StudentID

There must be a Student linked to the Placement

Result Aggregation

  • Client

  • Reporting Group (for multi-region providers or state aggregation)

  • Placement Industry Group

  • Placement Start Year

  • Placement Start Month

Result Sorting

Reporting Group, Placement Tag, Year, Month ASC
