Start Date

Placement Start Date falls within the date range specified in the Pathways Reporting screen.

Student Status

• Active, Archived

Placement Status

• Arranged, In Progress, Incomplete, Complete,
• Cancelled (specific reasons only).

Placement Mode

• Structured Work Placement, Work Placement

Cancel Reason

• If the placement is cancelled, we only count those placements that are within one of the defined Cancellation Reason values.

• Cancelled by Host, Cancelled by School, Cancelled by Student

Student Tag

• ”Reporting - Indigenous Australian”

Reporting Group

Results are by ReportingGroupName from the Placement. Placements without a Reporting Group Value are summarised against “No Reporting Group”

SchoolID

There must be a School linked to the Placement but note that the school we show in the Results tab is from the Student itself, as this is a count of unique STUDENTS.

StudentID

There must be a Student linked to the Placement (as we are counting Students in this report)

Result Aggregation

• Client

• Reporting Group (from the Student’s SchoolID (not Placement)) (for multi-region providers or state aggregation)

Result Sorting

Reporting Group ASC (from the Student’s SchoolID (not Placement))
