Start Date

Placement Start Date within the date range selection in the Reporting UI

Host Status

• Parameter = HostStatus

• Active, Archived

Placement Status

• Parameter = PlacementStatus

• Arranged, In Progress, Incomplete, Complete, Cancelled (specific reasons only).

Placement Mode

• Parameter = PlacementMode

• Structured Work Placement, Work Placement

Cancel Reason

• Parameter = CancelReason

• If the placement is cancelled, we only count those placements that are within one of the Cancellation Reason values in the parameter.

• Cancelled by Host, Cancelled by School, Cancelled by Student

Host Tag

• Parameter = Host

• Reporting - Outside Region

Reporting Group

Results are by ReportingGroupName from the Placement. Placements without a ReportingGroupID can be summarised against “No Reporting Group”

SchoolID

There must be a SchoolID linked to the Placement

StudentID

There must be a StudentID linked to the Placement
