In Pathways you can track the reason that a host record is archived using our default options including:
- Ceased Trading
- Duplicate
- No Longer Active
- No Suitable for Students
To manage active or archived host archive reasons click on "Settings" in the top Pathways navigation menu and under the "Hosts" category click on "Host Archive Reasons".
If you need to add other reasons for users to select you can define your own custom reasons for archiving a host.
