It's a great idea to tag any placement that has been impacted with a Placement Tag so you always know the context of what happened in the future. We recommend adding one or more "COVID-19" Placement Tags to any applicable placement, allowing you to easily filter these placement using the Placement Explorer in the future.
Pathways Setup - Adding New Placement Tags
If COVID-19 isn't appearing in your placement tag list, you can add it via the Settings menu.
- Navigate to the Pathways Home Page
- At the top right, if your user account has the necessary permissions, a Settings link will appear
- From the Settings Home Page, locate the "Placement Tags" item within the Placement group.
- Add/Edit/Archive Placement Tags here
Bulk Adding Placement Tags
If your placements are in a group (most likely) you can use the tools available within the group to add a new placement tag to multiple placements at once.
