Bulk Emails and SMS to Hosts and Parents

Pathways includes tools to allow you to email and SMS Host Contacts, Host Supervisors, Students and Parent/Guardians from the Group;

1. From the Group Details, click the Emails or SMS tabs
2. Choose a recipient type - eg. Students, Host Contacts, Parents etc.
3. Select the recipients
4. Select a template or type your message and send!
5. Messages are logged against the group and placement so you can keep on top of who has been notified.
